Responsibilities
- Develop and execute detailed fabric plans to meet production schedules.
- Coordinate in warehouse processes.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of required fabrics.
- Analyze production needs and adjust fabric requirements accordingly.
- Monitor fabric inventory levels and align with production demands.
- Maintain accurate records and reports using ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- After the control processes are completed, incoming batches are transported to their destinations and addressed.
- Obtaining the barcodes of the rolls entered into the SAP system and affixing them to the incoming rolls.
- Performing the pulling, wing, lot, and blanket processes for the testing of the unloaded rolls in accordance with the relevant instructions.
- Unloading the fabric received into the warehouse according to the roll number and color.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in fabric planning or warehouse planning within the textile or garment industry.Excellent English communication skills.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.SAP user preferred.
