- Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve company growth targets in international markets.
- Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers abroad.
- Manage and expand relationships with existing international clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential new markets.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with overseas partners in alignment with company policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and quality assurance to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
- Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business missions to promote Royal Herbs’ products.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, documentation, and export procedures.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve any issues related to export shipments or customer concerns.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.4-6 years of proven experience in export sales, preferably within the agricultural, food, or FMCG sectors.Strong understanding of international sales processes, export documentation, and trade regulations.Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with international clients and partners.Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.Willingness to travel internationally as required.Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
