Executaive Assistant

EvRaid is seeking Executive Assistant That will play a key role in enabling the CEO and Director to focus on strategic leadership by managing their daily action plans, following up on tasks across departments, preparing meeting minutes and action plans, overseeing administrative operations, and compiling daily r​eports. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support & Action Plan Management

  • Support the CEO and Director in managing their schedules, meetings, and strategic priorities.
  • Maintain, update, and follow up on the company’s executive action plan.
  • Ensure timely execution of assigned tasks by all departments and provide regular progress updates.
  • Prepare executive summaries, briefs, and presentations as needed.

 

Meetings, Documentation & Action Plans

  • Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings and events.
  • Draft and distribute Minutes of Meetings (MOM) promptly and accurately.
  • Translate MOM into clear, actionable plans with responsibilities, timelines, and status tracking.
  • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of agreed actions.

 

Administration & Reporting

  • Manage daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office workflow.
  • Collect and compile daily reports from all divisions, highlighting key achievements, pending issues, and action items.
  • Prepare consolidated executive reports and weekly/monthly dashboards for leadership review.
  • Coordinate logistics, procurement, and office support functions when required.

 

HR Support & Coordination

  • Assist the HR team in tracking attendance, leaves, and recruitment processes.
  • Support onboarding procedures and maintain updated employee records and organizational charts.
  • Contribute to internal communication and follow up on HR-related action items and KPIs.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role.Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English (German is a plus).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and task management tools (e.g., Trello).Proven ability to follow up effectively, meet deadlines, and report progress clearly.High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
