• Contact and communicate with clients to promote the company’s real estate projects.
• Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales reports and identify new business opportunities.
• Represent the company in exhibitions and sales events.
• Handle booking and contracting procedures with clients.
● 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector.● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.● Strong negotiation and closing abilities.● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.● Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.● Professional appearance and demeanor.● Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.● Strong organizational and time management skills.● Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.● Fluency in Arabic; proficiency in English is an advantage.
