We are a company specializing in designing & manufacturing acrylic products (furniture, decorations, gifts, etc.), and we are looking for a Sales Admin / Secretary to join our team:
- Provide all kinds of administrative support to enable the sales department to run efficiently and achieve company goals.
- Update and maintain the customers' database regularly.
- Prepare and provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
- Contact clients via phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
- Moderate the company’s social media pages by replying to comments and messages.
- Coordinate and organize sales team activities.
Bachelor’s degree.1–3 years of proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar role.Good command of the English language.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Problem-solving and proactive attitude.Presentable, with strong communication skills.A team player with a high level of dedication.Residence in Badr City or near is preferable.
