Job Description- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Coordinator the Events with all details
- Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
- Provide general support to visitor
- Onboarding process for new hires
- Address employees queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and travel arrangements)
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security service
- Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences
Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in operations management, business administration, or related fieldKnowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems ,operations management role.Proficiency in MS Office Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal English Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environmentLocation: Nasr CityWork days: Saturday to Thursday Work time: 9:00 to 5:00Attractive SalarySocial insuranceMedical insurance
