We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Keeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team at a leading construction company. This role is crucial in maintaining cleanliness and organization across our job sites, offices, and facilities to ensure a safe and pleasant working environment for all employees and visitors. The House Keeping Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping staff, ensuring adherence to company standards, safety regulations, and sanitation protocols
Proven experience in housekeeping or facility management, preferably in the construction industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, as well as safety standards in the workplace. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Strong problem-solving skills and the capability to work under pressure. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in housekeeping management or facilities management is a plus.
