Job description
Purpose
Lead and execute the end-to-end talent acquisition process across all company regions. Ensure a strong candidate pipeline, timely hiring, and a superior candidate and manager experience. Act as a talent advisor to department heads and a guardian of the employer brand.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Strategy & Execution
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Partner with department heads and HRBP to forecast manpower needs and prioritize openings.
- Build proactive pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Ensure each vacancy is filled within the approved timeline and budget.
2. Sourcing & Talent Mapping
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, agencies).
- Conduct continuous market mapping and competitor benchmarking for key roles.
- Build and maintain an internal talent pool and CRM of potential candidates.
3. Employer Branding
- Enhance employer visibility through creative digital campaigns, university collaborations, and social content.
- Represent the company at career fairs and networking events.
4. Candidate & Stakeholder Experience
- Ensure professional communication and feedback to all candidates.
- Maintain a strong partnership with hiring managers, providing recruitment metrics and updates.
- Support the onboarding transition to HR Operations for new hires.
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, dashboards, and monthly reports.
- Track time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source efficiency, and quality of hire.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.5–7 years of recruitment experience (preferably multinational / manufacturing environment).Strong command of English and excellent communication skills.Hands-on experience with ATS or HR systems.Proven record of closing mid-to-senior level roles independently.
