  • Administer day-to-day HR operations, including employee records management, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Support recruitment activities by coordinating interviews, preparing job postings, and communicating with candidates.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and personnel files to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies across all office locations.
  • Prepare HR reports, analytics, and documentation for management review.
  • Support the implementation of HR initiatives and employee engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with managers and team leaders to address employee relations issues and foster a positive workplace culture.

tourism sector related 1-5 years of experience in HR administration or a related field.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR information systems.Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in administrative tasks.Ability to work effectively in an office-based, fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
