- Manage and maintain the company’s Food Safety Program to ensure full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and deliver food safety training programs for management and staff covering hygiene, pest control, environmental standards, and safe operational practices.
- Conduct supplier audits against HACCP systems, identify corrective actions, and ensure follow-up implementation.
- Liaise with governmental authorities, health inspectors, certification bodies, and key customers on food safety matters.
- Carry out internal audits and coordinate ongoing improvements in food safety systems and practices.
- Ensure accurate documentation, registers, and records are properly maintained.
- Foster collaboration across departments and develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the wider Quality team and escalate critical issues when necessary.
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, Microbiology, or a related field.7–10 years of experience in the Food Safety field.Strong knowledge of Food Safety Management Systems (FSSC), HACCP systems, and Food Safety Regulations.Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
