  • Supervise daily HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Oversee employee relations, address grievances, and mediate workplace conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Coordinate and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate HR metrics, such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction, and recommend improvements.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and performance appraisal systems in alignment with company standards.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.
  • Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety regulations within the office environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3 to 6 years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.Experience in full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.Demonstrated organizational and time management abilities.Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work effectively in an office-based environment.Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English.
