We are a growing manufacturer of folding carton
packaging serving the pharmaceutical, food, and pastry
sectors. With a major capacity expansion planned in the
next 18-24 months, we are hiring a Sales Manager who
will build and lead our sales team - and drive
commercial growth.
What You'll Do
• Lead new business development with pharma and
food producers
• Manage and grow strategic accounts to increase
share of wallet
• Establish sales forecasts, reporting discipline, and
CRM usage
•Recruit and develop a high-performing sales team
• Collaborate closely with production, planning, and QA
• Drive profitable growth and customer satisfaction
Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.Experience working in a hybrid (on-site and remote) workplace arrangement.Solid understanding of sales analytics, forecasting, and reporting tools.Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.Adaptability to changing market conditions and business needs.
