Mosook Group is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented team member to join our operations team for a 2-month pilot program. You’ll gain hands-on experience in logistics operations and coordination, working closely with the main operations team to ensure smooth workflow and reporting.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating and following up on operational activities.
- Prepare and update reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Support workflow analysis and process optimization.
- Collect and organize data for management reporting.
- Ensure clear and professional communication across departments.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field.3–5 years of experience in logistics or operations.Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Excellent communication and reporting abilities.Detail-oriented, analytical, and adaptable.Fluent in English and Arabic.Professional, reliable, and able to work independently or in a team.
