Human Resource Administrative Assistant

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, maintaining employee records, and preparing HR documents.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and managing onboarding documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance records and leave requests.
  • Coordinate employee training sessions, workshops, and orientation programs.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations as requested by management.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all HR-related information and documentation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth HR operations and foster a positive work environment.

Minimum of 3 years and up to 6 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role.Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRIS systems.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.Experience in a fast-paced, office-based environment.Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset.
