Job Purpose
The Human Resources Specialist (Training & Recruitment) supports HR functions related to talent acquisition, employee training, and development. The role is responsible for coordinating recruitment processes, assisting in training implementation, and supporting HR operations to ensure a strong, capable, and motivated workforce at Intertrade.
Post and manage job ads on platforms (LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, etc.).
Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews.
Support department managers in the selection process and job offers.
Maintain updated records of applicants and recruitment activities.
Prepare and manage new employee onboarding process (documents, contracts, orientation schedule).
Conduct induction sessions to introduce company policies, structure, and culture.
Ensure new hires receive proper guidance and integration into their departments.
Follow up with new employees during their first weeks to ensure smooth adaptation.
Identify training needs in coordination with department managers.
Organize internal and external training programs, workshops, and seminars.
Track training attendance, collect feedback, and report results.
Support the company’s training plans related to Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
Assist in preparing and following up on employee performance reviews.
Help ensure evaluation forms and feedback are completed accurately and on time.
Support general HR documentation, employee records, and HR reports.
Help organize employee engagement and recognition activities.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all HR data.
Contribute to improving HR processes and employee experience.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, law, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in recruitment, training, or general HR.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive personality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of ERP systems (Odoo) is a plus.
Good English and Arabic communication (spoken and written).
