Admin Assistant

  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
  • Assist in preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical, for easy retrieval of information.
  • Coordinate office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing materials and coordinating orientation sessions.
  • Help organize company events, meetings, and training sessions as required.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate communication and workflow.
  • Perform other general office duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

1-3 years of experience in an administrative, office assistant, or similar support role.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.Professional demeanor and a customer-oriented approach.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and technologies.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
