- Manage and supervise all site activities related to finishing and fit-out works.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Lead site engineers, foremen, and workers to achieve high-quality execution.
- Review and approve material submittals and shop drawings.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and quality standards.
- Report project progress and challenges to senior management regularly.
- Resolve technical and operational issues efficiently.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (mandatory).Minimum 10 years of experience in finishing and fit-out projects, preferably in luxury developments.Strong knowledge of finishing materials, detailing, and construction methods.Proven experience in managing high-end residential or commercial projects.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office.Location: Candidates residing near New Cairo are preferred.
