- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce company products and services.
- Generate and qualify leads for IT infrastructure, networking, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions.
- Maintain a solid understanding of company offerings, such as servers, storage, firewalls, virtualization, and cloud services.
- Schedule meetings and product demos for Sales Account Managers.
- Build and maintain an accurate database of leads, prospects, and customer interactions in CRM.
- Follow up with clients through phone calls and emails to maintain engagement and close deals.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, email blasts, and event invitations.
- Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs (calls, meetings, qualified leads, pipeline).
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
1-3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related sales role.Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.Comfortable working in an office-based setting with flexible or full-time hours.Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.Strong organizational and time management skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and product information.
