Telesales Team Leader

  • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. 
  • Follow up the performance and provide guidance and coaching on the spot to ensure that the required results are achieved. 
  • Analyze the team numbers and set the action plans. 
  • Evaluate all products to ensure compliance with merchandising standards.
  • Analyze previous sales figures and submit regular reports to merchandising manager to forecast future product demand and track revenue.
  • Correspond with online customers to address questions or complaints about products, policies, or shipping methods.
  • Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining accounts over time.
  • Research and identify new marketplaces, including logistical needs and pricing.
  • Create and comprehend marketplace data and sales analytics for use in forecasting, production, and communication with others.

Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.3 - 5 years of experience in call center industry.Minimum 1 year of experience as a team leader.Understand the e-commerce industry and competitive environment including knowledge of competitive product offerings. Awareness of the importance of the effect of the products' prices on the sales level per branch and the warehouse operations
