- Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics (labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance etc.)
- Represent the company and its clients in legal proceedings, mediations, and negotiations as required.
- Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces.
- Acting as a true business partner, adopting a pro-active, business focused approach to negotiating and drafting transactions and contracts, assisting in management decision processes, and delivering robust risk assessments.
- Providing legal & compliance advice and determining appropriate actions/ processes in line with local strategy, local legal trends and legislation changes.
- Supporting legal & compliance reporting, monitoring & training, incl. transparency reporting, dawn-raid training.
- Ensure the company’s operations and workforce management services adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of legal activities, case files, and compliance documentation.
- Manage relationships with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies as needed.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a legal consultant, legal advisor, or in a similar legal role.Proven expertise in employment law, labor law, and corporate legal matters.Good knowledge in Saudi Laws .Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.V. good in English Language.
