-Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing daily and weekly production plans to meet customer demand and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure raw materials and packaging materials are available on time for production runs.
- Monitor production progress and update plans based on actual performance or unexpected delays.
- Analyze production and inventory data to identify deviations, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of production schedules, material usage, and finished goods.
- Support inventory control activities, including monitoring stock levels and initiating replenishment when needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, warehouse, logistics, and sales) to align plans and resolve constraints.
- Participate in evaluating supplier delivery performance and quality compliance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Prepare regular production planning and performance reports for management review.
- Support demand forecasting activities and align production capacity accordingly.
- Ensure all planning activities comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Utilize ERP or MRP systems to track material availability, production progress, and inventory movement.
- Assist in preparing cost and capacity analyses to support decision-making.
- Support training and knowledge-sharing activities within the planning team.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and suppliers to ensure smooth production flow.
- Participate in problem-solving and root cause analysis for delays or shortages.
- Contribute to the development of contingency plans to minimize the impact of supply chain disruptions.
  Education:Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Experience:2–4 years of experience in production planning or supply chain operations, preferably in an FMCG or manufacturing environment.Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of production planning principles, inventory control, and demand forecasting.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement concepts.Understanding of material flow, capacity planning, and production scheduling.
