Social Media Manager

We are seeking an exceptionally talented and visionary Social Media Manager who is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that strengthen the company’s online presence, enhance brand awareness, and drive engagement across all social platforms.

 

Job Description:

Social Media Strategy and planning

  • Develop and implement an integrated social media strategy that aligns with the company’s marketing and business goals.
  • Create detailed monthly and quarterly content calendars covering all active social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Define tone, messaging, and visual direction for each platform according to campaign objectives.
  • Plan social media coverage for exhibitions, events, and campaigns in coordination with the Marketing Director.

Content Creation & Management

  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and video editors to produce high-quality and engaging content.
  • Ensure all social content reflects brand identity, tone, and creative standards.
  • Write and edit captions, posts, and short-form copy tailored for each platform.
  • Supervise live coverage during events (stories, reels, behind-the-scenes videos, etc.).
  • Manage daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring across all platforms.

Community Management and engagement

  • Monitors comments, messages, and mentions across all channels and respond promptly.
  • Engage with followers, clients, and partners to build a positive and interactive online community.
  • Track public sentiment and provide reports on audience engagement and feedback.
  • Handle customer or public inquiries professionally in coordination with the PR and Customer Experience teams.

Performance tracking and analytics

  • Use analytics tools (Meta Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.) to track KPIs such as reach, engagement, growth, and conversion.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management review.
  • Analyze insights to recommend improvements in content, posting times, and platform mix.
  • Benchmark performance against competitors and industry best practices.

Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns in collaboration with the Digital Marketing and Media Buying teams.
  • Optimize ads based on performance metrics and budget utilization.
  • Coordinate influencer collaborations, sponsorships, and brand partnerships to enhance reach.
  • Support the launch of exhibition-specific campaigns, event teasers, and promotional countdowns.

Cross - Departmental Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Marketing, PR, Creative, and Web Development teams to ensure alignment across digital touchpoints.
  • Support Sales and Operations teams with social media materials, exhibitor promotions, and announcements.
  • Coordinate with the HR department for employer branding campaigns and internal engagement posts.

Monitoring & Compliance

  • Stay up to date with platform changes, algorithms, and new trends.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, data privacy, and copyright regulations.
  • Maintain the security and access control of all official social accounts.

 


Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Digital Media.5+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within a marketing agency or events/exhibitions company.Proven record of managing large-scale campaigns and growing brand accounts.Fluency in English is required.Experience with both organic and paid social media campaigns. Details:Location: Nasr City, Cairo.Days Off: Sat, Sun and Friday Work from home.Social & Medical Insurance.Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
