Role Overview:
As a Senior Recruitment Specialist, you will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across diverse industries and roles. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to clients, crafting sourcing strategies, evaluating talent, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Your role blends analytical rigor with relationship-building, positioning you as a key driver of client success and agency growth.

Qualifications:. Bachelor’s degree in any related field. 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in agency settings. Excellent English language. HR certificate/diploma is essential. Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates across functions. Strong command of ATS tools, CRM platforms, and Excel automation. Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint . Experience with international hiring is an asset . Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
