- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, deliveries).
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and meeting room bookings.
- Support the HR and Administration teams with general office tasks.
- Handle visitor registration and ensure company policies are followed.
- Provide accurate information to visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments
- Record and update client information using the company’s CRM system.
  Bachelor’s degree in Law or Business .3–7 years of proven experience, preferably in the real estate.Experience in using CRM systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Professional appearance and positive attitude.Good command of English language.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
