  Education & Certification:Bachelor’s degree.Experience:Proven experience teaching mathematics in middle & high schoolExperience developing lesson plans and teaching materials aligned with state/national curriculum standards.Demonstrated success in improving student learning outcomes.Familiarity with differentiated instruction and inclusive education practices.Knowledge & Skills:Strong command of mathematical concepts, theories, and problem-solving techniques.Effective classroom management and student engagement strategies.Proficiency in educational technology tools (e.g., graphing calculators, smartboards, online learning platforms).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with students, parents, and colleagues.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in grading, assessment, and record-keeping.Ability to adapt lessons to meet diverse learning styles and student needs.
