● Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of pharmaceutical products.
● Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures in compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
● Manage inventory control processes, including stock rotation, cycle counts, and reconciliation to minimize discrepancies.
● Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence and maintain a safe working environment.
● Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to optimize supply chain efficiency.
● Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
● Ensure proper handling, storage, and documentation of pharmaceutical products in accordance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
● Oversee the maintenance and calibration of warehouse equipment and facilities.
● Prepare and manage warehouse budgets, including cost control and resource allocation.
● Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
● Minimum 10 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector.● Proven track record in leading and developing warehouse teams.● Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse management software.● Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.● Demonstrated ability to implement and enforce standard operating procedures.● Experience with regulatory compliance in pharmaceutical warehousing.● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.● Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.● Demonstrated leadership at a managerial career level.
