- Welcome and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Handle patient/visitor inquiries efficiently and politely.
- Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and organization.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (calls, emails, messages).
- Record and update visitor and client information accurately.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Support administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Work shifts are rotational: three days from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM and three days from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.Students are not accepted.Minimum of one year of experience is required.Presentable appearance is a must.Health and social insurance are mandatory.
