Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee food hygiene and safety practices in all kitchens, service areas, and storage facilities.
- Ensure compliance with local food safety laws and Club regulations.
- Develop and maintain food safety procedures (e.g., HACCP).
- Train F&B and cleaning staff on hygiene and food handling.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on hygiene and safety.
- Investigate complaints, incidents, or risks related to food or hygiene.
- Support the Section Head in managing the hygiene team.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.Minimum 5 years’ experience in food safety, ideally in a hospitality.HACCP or ISO 22000 certification.Strong leadership, inspection, and training skills.Good knowledge of local food safety regulations.
