What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls with English-speaking clients.
- Answer questions, resolve issues, and provide details about our real estate projects.
- Support buyers and tenants with property-related inquiries.
- Conduct telesales activities: promote projects and follow up with prospects.
- Work toward achieving monthly sales targets.
- Record client interactions and feedback in our system.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
