- Supervise and coordinate all on-site MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) activities to ensure project milestones and quality standards are met.
- Review and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and project documents to guide installation and execution.
- Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
- Monitor site progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, daily logs, and documentation of work performed.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems to ensure operational readiness.
- Coordinate procurement and delivery of MEP materials and equipment, ensuring timely availability on-site.
- Facilitate site meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve technical challenges.
- Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety policies throughout all phases of site operations.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP site engineering or a related field.Proven track record in managing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations on construction sites.Strong understanding of MEP systems, codes, and standards.Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple site activities.Ability to interpret technical drawings and project documentation accurately.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with multidisciplinary teams.Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Proficiency in using site management and engineering software tools.Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards on-site.Flexibility to work on-site (on-premises) as required by project demands.
