Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, scorecards, and SLAs.
  • Source proactively (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, talent pools, universities).
  • Screen CVs, conduct phone/online screens, schedule and coordinate interviews.
  • Prepare offers, collect hiring documents, and hand over to HR for onboarding.
  • Run employer-branding posts and basic recruitment campaigns with Marketing.
  • Build/refresh a niche talent pool for architects, engineers, site, and admin roles.
  • Track and report KPIs: time-to-fill, sourcing mix, offer acceptance, and cost-per-hire.
  • Support internship.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy.

1-3 years in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment (in engineering/consultancy/construction is a plus).Strong sourcing and screening skills; confident interviewing across functions.Excellent communication in Arabic and good English; professional email etiquette.Organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple requisitions. experience hiring architects, site engineers, QS, planners, and admin roles
