- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, scorecards, and SLAs.
- Source proactively (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, talent pools, universities).
- Screen CVs, conduct phone/online screens, schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Prepare offers, collect hiring documents, and hand over to HR for onboarding.
- Run employer-branding posts and basic recruitment campaigns with Marketing.
- Build/refresh a niche talent pool for architects, engineers, site, and admin roles.
- Track and report KPIs: time-to-fill, sourcing mix, offer acceptance, and cost-per-hire.
- Support internship.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy.
