- Managing inbound and outbound sales calls and client inquiries.
- Handling sales orders, quotations, and follow-ups using ERP Dynamics.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions.
- Supporting the field sales team by coordinating logistics and client communications.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
- Meeting sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the business.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Food and Beverage industry.Preferably has knowledge of Saudi Arabia locations and workflow.Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 - business Central systems.Will work during weekends and night shifts.Excellent English Language.
