Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of real estate projects and ensure workflow alignment between departments (sales, finance, engineering, customer service).
- Develop, monitor, and report on operational (sales cycle, contract status, collection progress, handover timelines).
- Streamline and document business processes to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with internal policies.
Contract Administration
- Prepare, review, and track all sales, leasing, and service contracts.
- Ensure all contract terms and payment schedules are correctly implemented and communicated.
- Maintain accurate filing (hard and soft copies) of all signed agreements.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams for approvals, renewals, and handover documentation.
CRM Management
- Supervise CRM operations, ensuring accurate and timely data entry of clients, contracts, units, and payments.
- Generate and analyze CRM reports (sales pipeline, client status, overdue collections, etc.).
- Support management in implementing automation or CRM enhancements.
- Train internal users on CRM best practices and ensure data quality standards.
Coordination & Reporting
- Act as a link between departments to ensure transparency and collaboration.
- Prepare regular dashboards for management summarizing operational and contractual performance.
- Support customer service teams with client communication and issue resolution.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field (MBA is a plus).8–10 years of experience in real estate operations, contract management, or CRM supervision is A Must.Solid knowledge of real estate processes (sales, contracting, handover, after-sales).Excellent command of Excel and CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, or equivalent).Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical mindset.Strong communication skills (Arabic & English).Ability to lead a small team and coordinate across departments.
