Inbound & Outbound Lead Generation Manager

We’re looking for a strategic growth operator to build and scale our outbound lead
generation engine using AI and automation. You’ll own the full outbound funnel — from ICP
definition to multi-channel outreach — delivering a predictable, high-quality pipeline that
fuels revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

➔ Lead Management
◆ Oversee and manage leads collected from Clay, Apollo, and social media into
the CRM for segmentation and enrollment into tailored email automation
sequences.
◆ Oversee and manage inbound leads generated by the marketing team —
including those from campaigns, landing pages, and website forms —
ensuring timely entry into the CRM, accurate segmentation, and enrollment
into appropriate nurturing and conversion automation workflows.
◆ Ensure every lead is accurately entered into the CRM with all required details
completed, including contact information, client category, company data, and
aligner brand information.
 

➔ Targeted Outreach Automation (using Zoho Cadencen)
◆ Design and implement tailored automated outreach sequences for each
specific lead category.
◆ Continuously refine email automation strategies to increase lead engagement
and drive more meeting bookings.
◆ Monitor all CRM email outreach to track key metrics such as open and click
rates, identify which sequences perform best, and adjust messaging to
maintain an effective outreach strategy.
◆ Develop and test varied email sequences or cadences for unresponsive
leads.
◆ Apply A/B testing and performance tracking to identify the most effective
messaging strategies for leads sourced from social media.

➔ Lead Engagement & Conversion Support

◆ Monitor engaged leads and ensure timely follow-up actions, including
booking meetings with the sales team.
◆ Maintain strong alignment with the sales process to maximize conversion
potential.
 

➔ Sales Handover Preparation
◆ Prepare and deliver comprehensive handovers of engaged leads to the
sales team.
◆ Verify all necessary data, context, and communication history are complete
and accurate before transfer.


What We’re Looking For● 3–5+ years in B2B sales development, growth, or outbound marketing● Experience with automation & AI tools for lead generation● Strong understanding of sales funnels, targeting, and outreach● Bonus: experience with no-code tools Zapier or CRM automation
