  • Develop, manage, and update Mechanical BIM models using Revit in accordance with project standards.
  • Coordinate with architectural, structural, and electrical teams to ensure design accuracy and clash-free models.
  • Review design drawings and shop drawings to ensure compliance with specifications and project requirements.
  • Prepare mechanical systems layouts including HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
  • Generate BIM-based quantities, schedules, and fabrication drawings.
  • Ensure that all mechanical designs follow applicable codes, standards, and best practices.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide technical support to the site and procurement teams.
  • Lead and mentor junior BIM engineers and draftsmen
