We are looking for a MEP Mechanical Design / Technical Office Engineer to join our engineering design team for a state-of-the-art Medical Device Factory project.
The selected engineer will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and developing all mechanical building systems — ensuring full compliance with GMP, ISO, and Egyptian Industrial standards, as well as integration with cleanroom and process utilities

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review detailed HVAC, cleanroom air distribution, chilled water, and process utility system designs.
• Prepare shop drawings, fabrication layouts, and as-built documentation using Revit and AutoCAD MEP.
• Perform load calculations, duct/piping sizing, and equipment selection using tools such as HAP, DuctSizer, and Excel-based models.
• Apply BIM LOD 400 coordination principles for integration with architectural and electrical models.
• Ensure mechanical system designs comply with GMP, ISO 14644, ASHRAE, NFPA, and Egyptian Industrial Code standards.
• Review and verify material submittals, BOQs, and technical reports prior to client submission.
• Support site teams in resolving design issues, coordinating RFIs, and validating as-built changes.
• Participate in multidisciplinary coordination meetings and provide technical input throughout all project stages.
