Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering.7+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3 years in a management or supervisory role.Proven leadership in plant or site management within a production environment.Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and optimize operational performance.Commitment to safety, quality, and employee development.
