We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Handing Over Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all handover activities between the project, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project closure and compliance with quality standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.2 to 5 years of proven experience in project handover, construction, or site engineering roles.Strong knowledge of construction processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.Excellent organizational and documentation skills with keen attention to detail.Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and project teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to be based onsite and travel to project locations as required.
