Senior Human Resources Generalist

  • Schedule or conduct new employee orientations.
  • Preparing and Review monthly attendance and leaves report including overtime, working days, deductions, sick leaves and official vacations.
  • Managing HRIS and keep all data up to date
  • Inform employees about additional benefits they’re eligible for (e.g extra vacation days)
  • Assist with developing and implementing training programs and other initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement. 
  • Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
  • Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
  • Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
  • Other duties as assigned

Proven work experience from 4 to 6 years as an Senior HR GeneralistHands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll processExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood problem-solving abilitiesTeam management skillsBSc or certificate in Human Resources or relevant fieldAlexandria resident
