- Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve technical issues.
- Monitor and inspect work progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, daily logs, and documentation of project milestones.
- Manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize site productivity.
- Conduct site surveys and measurements to verify project layouts and structural integrity.
- Implement and enforce health and safety protocols across the construction site.
- Assist in the preparation and review of project plans, drawings, and technical documents.
- Identify and address potential risks or delays, proposing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns regarding site progress.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.3-5 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer in construction or infrastructure projects.Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.Proficiency in site management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Knowledge of health and safety standards and best practices.Willingness to work on-site and adapt to changing project requirements.
