Responsibilities: -
- Entering and verifying purchase details (vendors information, invoices and pricing) into system databases.
- Forecasting supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock (OOS).
- Evaluate suppliers’ offers.
- Ensure purchases do not exceed budget.
- Placing orders to replenish merchandise as needed to Supply Chain dep.
- Oversee shipment costs, track shipments, and address & resolve any issues.
- Overseeing storage of products and keeping an eye of productions date.
- Coordinate regular inventory audits.
- Liaise with warehouse staff and other internal teams to test products’ quality upon receiving (status upon delivery and storage conditions).
- Keep updated inventory records (including daily shipments).
BSc in Logistics, Business Administration, or accounting.+1 Year of proven work experience as a procurement / supply chain specialist or similar role.Good understanding of supply chain procedures.Proficiency in MS Excel, Hands-on experience with accounting software (i.e. Odoo).Good knowledge of inventory cycle and audits.Excellent organization skills.Must be proactive, with the ability to meet deadlines.Good communication and negotiation abilities.
