- Assist in developing and aligning Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for different departments to ensure they are measurable and support strategic goals.
- Supervise the annual appraisal implementation and help develop methods to measure performance against organizational goals.
- Create and update job descriptions, job designs, and the organization's structure.
- Create plans to attract top talent across the managerial level of the organization.
- Oversee the recruitment steps, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, checking references, and facilitating onboarding.
- Design and implement effective recruiting, interviewing, and hiring procedures to ensure a strong candidate experience.
- Monitor key metrics such as time-to-fill and quality of hire to optimize processes.
- Conduct exit interviews to assess areas for improvement and job satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field 5-7 years in OD & Talent experience in distribution, logistics & manufacturing.Excellent communication (both written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills.Advanced in Microsoft (MS Word, PPT, Excel, Visio).
