- Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets for electrical equipment and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors to understand their technical requirements.
- Present, promote, and demonstrate Končar’s products and solutions to prospective customers.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and technical teams to ensure accurate and feasible solutions are offered.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in alignment with company policies and customer expectations.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including product training and troubleshooting.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.Minimum of 2 years and up to 8 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the electrical equipment or industrial solutions sector.Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B environment.Strong technical understanding of electrical products, systems, and solutions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.Willingness to travel to client sites and attend industry events as required.Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
