    Role Summary

 

  • Own end to end business development for our consulting portfolio across GCC accounts.
  •  The primary focus of this role is selling L&D solutions as coaching, business simulations, and training solutions, while also creating demand for broader services. 
  • Build qualified pipeline, run discovery, shape solutions with clear ROI, and convert opportunities into revenue.
  •  Report directly to the Managing Partners with structured cadence and transparent forecasting.

    Key Responsibilities
  • Build, qualify, and manage a B2B pipeline across startups, SMEs, private groups, NGOs, semi government, and government entities in the GCC.
  •  Lead outreach, discovery, solution framing, and value articulation with emphasis on coaching, simulations, and training programmers.
  •  Prepare tailored proposals, statements of work, and pricing for L&D engagements, linking outcomes to capability uplift and business impact.
  •  Manage the deal cycle: stakeholder mapping, objection handling, negotiation, and closure.
     
  •  Maintain CRM discipline, accurate forecasting, and weekly performance reporting.
  •  Develop partnerships and referral channels that drive qualified L&D leads.
  •  Represent the brand with executive presence in client meetings and virtual events.

     

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.3-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably within management consultancy or related industries.Demonstrated ability to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.Strong understanding of the GCC and MEA markets, with a network of relevant contacts considered an asset.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.Success Metric Weekly qualified meetings generated, with a strong mix in L&D. Pipeline value, velocity, and stage progression. Closed won revenue and gross margin. Forecast accuracy and quality of handover to delivery.Compensation Competitive salary plus attractive commission tied to performance. Direct access to Managing Partners and fast decision cycles. Clear service catalogue, sales assets, and marketing support. Regional exposure across UAE, KSA, Qatar, and beyond.
