Job Purpose:
- To manage and execute the end-to-end recruitment process for medical and healthcare positions, ensuring the attraction, selection, and onboarding of qualified professionals in line with organizational needs and healthcare standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Sourcing
- Identify and source qualified candidates for various medical, paramedical, and administrative healthcare roles (e.g., physicians, nurses, technicians, pharmacists).
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels: job boards, LinkedIn, medical networks, universities, and recruitment agencies.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of healthcare talent for current and future needs.
- Screening & Selection
- Review CVs, conduct initial screening interviews, and evaluate candidate suitability based on qualifications, licensing, and experience.
- Coordinate with department heads and medical directors to align on job requirements.
- Arrange and support technical and panel interviews with healthcare professionals.
- Licensing & Credential Verification
- Ensure all candidates possess the required medical licenses, certifications, and credentials (e.g., SCFHS, DHA, MOH, or equivalent).
- Verify documents and follow up on any missing or expired licenses.
- Offer & Onboarding
- Prepare job offers and coordinate with HR operations for onboarding procedures.
- Support new hires through relocation, visa processing, and credentialing if applicable.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records in the HR system.
- Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with medical schools, training centers, and professional associations.
- Collaborate closely with medical management and HR teams to forecast staffing needs.
- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with company policies and healthcare regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management.Minimum 3–6 years of experience in medical or healthcare recruitment.Strong knowledge of healthcare job roles and licensing requirements (KSA / GCC preferred).Experience with ATS systems and online recruitment platforms.Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
