  • Lead the preparation and submission of proposals, bids, and tenders in alignment with company objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and potential areas for expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project handover and client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure favorable terms.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand visibility.
  • Monitor and report on business development performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Minimum of 5 years and up to 9 years of experience in business development, preferably within the construction or related industries.Proven track record of successfully generating new business and managing client relationships.Strong understanding of the construction market, including residential, commercial, and service sectors.Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable strategies.Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.Proficiency in preparing proposals, bids, and tender documents.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced environment.
