Engineering Management:

Educational Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electronics, Electrical, or any related field).Master’s degree or relevant certifications in engineering management is a plus.2. Professional Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering management or a similar role, preferably within a large organization or a related industry.Proven track record of successfully leading and managing engineering teams and projects.Experience in managing both facility maintenance and engineering design projects.Demonstrated expertise in budget management, cost control, and resource allocation.3. Technical Skills:In-depth knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and standards (depending on the specific engineering discipline).Proficiency in engineering software and tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or similar.Familiarity with Project Management Software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera) and ERP systems.Understanding of health & safety regulations and industry standards.Ability to analyze and solve complex engineering problems.4.
