- Excellent knowledge of Hydraulic circuits and diesel engines
- Experience at least 3 years in heavy equipment's such as mobile cranes, wheel loaders & material handlers.
- Design, develop, and implement mechanical systems and components for port infrastructure and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance of mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including civil, electrical, and operations departments, to deliver integrated engineering solutions.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, drawings, and documentation for project planning and execution.
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of new mechanical equipment and machinery.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing mechanical processes and systems to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Ensure all mechanical engineering activities comply with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Manage and coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers for procurement and project delivery.
- Analyze mechanical failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.
- Support the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs for critical mechanical assets.
