Store Manager

  • Achieves & Exceeds Monthly Outlet quota.
  • Responsible for operational & administrative management of the Outlet.
  • Improve the Customer Experience in retail stores 
  • Responsible for store Maintenance, Safety & Security 
  • Leads, Manages & Motivates Staff members Analyses and appraises the effectiveness of sales, methods, and results.
  • Contributes in forecasting and planning with the Retail Area Manager.
  •  Recommends the store sales staff appraisals. 
  • Monitors the Floor Management according to the Outlet Design Concept.
  • Manages the Cash & the Inventory process. 
  • Ensures delivery of world class customer experience.
  • Works on the team development & improvement plan. 
  • Manages the Customer Care activities.
  • Ensures that staff are following regulations & process.
  • Solve Problems with Staff members. 
  • Interacts with employees, management and other departments in order to act as a source of information and direction.
  • Ensures the Store compliance with the Marcom guidelines.
  • Responsible for Staff Service & Product Knowledge.
  • Supervises all the daily reports that are communicated to all the concerned departments. 
  • Supervises business flow and the staff performance. 
  • Handles customers' complaints that need to be escalated or managed at a higher level (customers or otherwise).
  • Manages and handles any other operational matters.

University Degree in related field.Supervising skills.Very good computer skills.Minimum 3 years of Experience in retail industry (GSM recommended).Area of experience: Sales.
