Call Center Agent

1-Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner. 

2-Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues.

 3-Provide accurate information about J&T Express services, shipments, and delivery status. 

4-Resolve customer problems efficiently and escalate complex issues when needed. 

5-Record customer interactions and update the database with relevant information. 

6-Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and problem resolution. 

7-Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth handling of customer requests.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


1-Ability to handle customer complaints and provide solutions calmly. 2-Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3-Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel). 4-Good English skills (able to understand and respond) B1
